Please put in a ticket and request a phone call back if needed.

Remember to include detailed information in your Ticket:

  • Include exact information on which Record you are referring to ie: Caregiver or Facility ID number, Margin Calculator Number or Shift ID.
  • Explain in detail the problem you are having the results you are expecting to see.
  • Upload any screenshots or supporting documentation to the ticket
